About us P Ivany Consulting Pty Ltd forms part of the Ivany Investment Group (IIG), a Sydney based diversified Business Management and Investment Company. Our events incorporate aspects of the broader businesses as well as public and private events catering to both adults and children.
We are currently seeking a full time highly organised and creative Events Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. From concept to execution, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of each event.
Main Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Coordinating all events in an efficient, friendly and productive manner Proactively anticipating participants' needs and delivering a personal and flexible service Maintaining and reporting accurate information relating to events Ensuring all account management tasks are completed from initial planning to event execution Overseeing multiple events and ensuring each event runs according to plan and schedule Actively responsible for promoting conferences, conventions and events to our participants Responding to inquiries concerning services provided and related services Meeting with participants to discuss their needs and outlining package options to meet these needs Arranging and coordinating services, such as catering, signage, displays, audiovisual equipment, accommodation, transport and social events, for participants Creating detailed event timelines and schedules, and managing budgets Providing on-site coordination and support during events Qualifications & Experience · AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or at least three years of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications
· Proven experience in Event Management or related field
· Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and vendors
· Creative problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
