Event Coordinator - Booking Assistant
About the opportunity
We are looking for a driven, motivated individual to jump into a fast-paced, start-up culture during our busy summer period from November - February. *Please note the successful candidate must be available to work up until 21st February and happy to work during the Christmas period (excluding public holidays).

About the Role
The role will be most focused on delivering a high volume of bookings at quality of our popular mystery picnic experiences. You'll need excellent attention to detail and amazing relationship management skills to work with high volumes of providers and clients.
Success metrics
Customer satisfaction for your experiences
Client requirements (eg dietaries) are dealt with appropriately when booking
Any feedback is escalated or dealt with swiftly
Cost of delivery ratios are met in accordance with the expectations for different experiences
Experience booking time goals are met
Core responsibilities
Each week you'll be assigned experiences to book in. This will include selecting correct experience templates in our system and tweaking any inclusions to suit the group size, requests or dietary requirements as well as contacting providers to book and pay for the items.
Update changing store hours, item availability as communicated by providers.
Ensure finances are documented accurately.
Required Experience
Experience in a customer-facing or operational role.
Demonstrated experience where attention to detail was required; those with experience in finance may find their experience beneficial.
