The RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to play a crucial role in the planning, organization, and execution of events.
As a key member of our dynamic team, you will closely collaborate with the Event and Sales Manager, ensuring every detail contributes to the success of our events.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Delivering exceptional customer serviceCollaborate closely with the Event and Sales Manager to plan, organize, and execute events.Handle logistics, ensuring all aspects of event coordination are meticulously managed.Finalize BEOs to guarantee accuracy and comprehensive event details.Assist with event setups, ensuring a visually appealing and functional environment.Proactively manage and overcome unexpected challenges that may arise during events.Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role you must have the following knowledge, experience, and attributes:
