Event Communciations Officer

Halcyon Knights is looking for a skilled Event Communications Coordinator to join a dynamic state government department based in Adelaide CBD.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale event, contributing to strategic communications, event management, and stakeholder engagement.Contract Duration : 03 MonthsStart : ASAPABOUT THE ROLECollaborate with the in-house Event Manager and event team to ensure seamless execution of a major event.Liaise with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to coordinate communications and event activities.Develop, draft, and implement an effective action plan for the event.Coordinate the design, print, and delivery of publications and event materials, ensuring attention to detail.Produce and manage high-quality content and communications materials, ensuring deadlines are met.Work within a cross-functional team to ensure cohesive event execution and messaging.Report to the Team Leader : Strategic Communications and Digital to align event communications with broader departmental goals.0ABOUT YOUStrong background in event management and communications, ideally within a government or corporate environment.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple aspects of event delivery.Proven experience liaising with a wide range of stakeholders and working in cross-functional teams.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear action plans and deliverables.Experience managing the end-to-end production of publications, from design to print.If you're an experienced Event Communications Coordinator looking to make an impact, we want to hear from you!
