Event And Grant Manager

Key Attributes – Event Manager Proven experience in event management, either in the design and delivery of academic conferences or industry expos. Proven experience in project management and coordination of industry, academia and government stakeholders. Outstanding representational and communication skills, and the ability to foster and maintain collaborative connections. An ability to work constructively within a small team, exemplify resilience, use sound judgement and adapt in a shifting and ambiguous environment. An ability to plan and execute a non-public event involving up to 600 people. Maintain a security clearance ( Baseline minimum). Key Attributes – Grants Administrator Administration of public research programs and projects; grants and procurements. Supporting networks and collegiate works with National Intelligence Community colleagues, Australian Universities and the Australian Research Council. Undertake program analysis including the preparation of draft reports on program activities, outcomes and project milestones. Managing contract and service agreements and ensuring compliance. Assist in the dissemination of research outcomes to the National Intelligence Community e.g. assist with event management Work constructively within a small team, exemplify resilience, use sound judgement and adapt in a shifting and ambiguous environment.
