Evening Shift Transport Administrator

About this company An established Transport and Logistics company based in the western suburbs of Melbourne has been experiencing growth across their network of business lines over the last 12 months.

The Opportunity The successful applicant will be working on a rotating roster Monday to Friday commencing mid-Jan working through to April 2025.
If you are someone who enjoys working the hours of 2pm to 10pm & 10pm to 6am Monday to Friday, this position is for you!
Our client is looking for a candidate who will go the extra mile to provide great transport administrative service to our Transport & Distribution clients.

You will be responsible for: Receive & DispatchUpdating orders (pallets, confirming customer details, etc.
)Scanning documentsRaising Pallet dockets in 2ICLiaising with drivers both local and line haulAdhoc dutiesTo be successful in this role, it is essential that you have: Transport Operations experienceSAP experience preferredFast and accurate data entry skillsStrong attention to detailA willingness to go above and beyond your own dutiesStrong work ethicReliable and self-motivatedHigh standard of workAt Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
