Ev Technician (Ah7765)

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Service Technician to maintain and repair BYD's electric vehicles (EVs) and Hybrid Vehicles.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service.
What We're Looking For :  Hold an Automotive technical certification.
Experience with electric vehicles or hybrid vehicles is a plus.
Proven experience in automotive repair or service technician roles.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Hold a valid driver's license.
Key Responsibilities :  Perform maintenance, diagnostic, and repair work on BYD electric vehicles and Hybrid Vehicles.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
Ensure all service work meets the highest quality standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with service advisors about customers vehicle's needs and repair status.
Keep accurate records of all service activities and repairs.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in EV technology.
