Job Description Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.

Ensure an excellent customer experience and address customer needs effectively.
3. Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide regular reports and insights to support strategic decisions.
4. Operations Management:
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
5. Team Development:
Train, mentor, and guide the sales team for skill enhancement and professional growth.

Job Requirements Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree is mandatory; however, the field of study is not specified.
Experience:
Proven experience in sales, with a focus on outdoor sales and client acquisition. Previous experience in the automotive industry is a significant advantage.
Skills:
