What we offer A collaborative work environment that supports creativity and innovation.Join a dynamic team at a renowned South Australian company, known for their innovation and outside-the-box thinking.Be a part of the journey, with countless opportunities as we rapidly expand into a nationwide retail powerhouse.Work in our newly renovated offices on The Parade, close to boutique shops and excellent cafes and restaurants.Work flexibly, with work from home and flexible working potential.Stay refreshed and alert with access to espresso coffee machines all day long.Access to exclusive staff benefits via our OTR App.Access to our free and confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Your contributions Deliver exceptional customer service and support for end-user computing (EUC) incidents and issues.Address challenges proactively to minimize downtime and improve user experience.Handle IT incidents, service requests, and tasks using OTR Group ITSM tools.Participate in resolving major P1/P2 incidents/outages as needed.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to business standards before escalating.Manage network access provisioning, including user onboarding and offboarding, in line with policies.Maintain the standard operating environment (SOE) using tools like Active Directory, Entra ID, SCCM, Intune, and M365.Create and update technical documentation, including user guides and training materials.Manage change requests and ensure escalations align with SLAs.Communicate technical issues clearly, adapting to the audience.Monitor and report on issue trends, recommending solutions as needed.Handle warranty claims with vendors and manage AV systems for optimal uptime.What we are looking for 3+ years of experience as a Desktop Engineer, EUC Engineer, SOE Engineer, or Modern Workplace Engineer in a dynamic enterprise environment.Proficiency with MS Intune, M365, and SCCM.Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).Strong knowledge of Active Directory.Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.Familiarity with enterprise security practices and compliance standards.Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments.Ready to make a real impact and elevate your career?
