THE ROLE You will be responsible for ensuring ETS errors are minimised, ETS charges are coded in accordance with the cost control categories, the quality of information produced by systems and processes are maintained and kept current.
Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to: Ensure ETS's a reviewed/actioned within agreed service levels.
Produce monthly ETS reports and participate in monthly ETS review meetings.
Answer queries from suppliers regarding orders, prices, variations and ETS status.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate processing of ETS orders.
Answer queries from internal stakeholders relating to ETS status.
Review construction plans, contract documentation and purchase orders to ensure ETS request are consistent with requirements on purchase orders, plans and contract.
Ensure delegation of authority process is observed for ETS approvals.
To be successful for this role you'll need: Minimum 12 month experience working in the building industry.
Purchasing experience preferable Strong analytical / problem-solving skills are problem-solving skills Computer literate with intermediate skills on MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
Knowledge in Timberline, WMS and PEWIN estimating systems is preferable.
Demonstrated knowledge of the Residential housing industry.
