As a Technical Lead in the Unified Communications team, you'll have a hands-on role in building and delivering high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions as well as enabling, supporting, and leading our engineers.
You will have a strong focus on the Genesys platform, responsibility for building solutions, and quality control of the engineers within the Unified Communications team. Working within our Global Technology division, Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), with Product Managers and Solution Engineers to provide technology that meets customer needs.

Day in the life:
Manage internal and external project resources to deliver projects to agreed timelines Be an expert in your domain, live and breathe the product, advocating the customer's voice Influence the design of major projects and system improvements to the Genesys Support and prioritise product and customer requirements by providing technical expertise to implement best practice configuration and playbooks Work closely with Product Manager and Solutions Engineers to ensure timely delivery of technical solutions to address business objectives Perform testing and quality assurance processes on work of the team and external resources Manage all internal and external relationships in the best interests of our customer Promote and support best practices Approve and orchestrate changes to ETS platform standards and product features/functionality following FCTG ITIL Change Management policy Management of ongoing problems in line with ETS problem management processes Perform risk management to minimise business impact and risks Be across new and emerging technologies in relation to existing platform You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
Minimum 5 years experience in the Genesys Cloud environment in engineering, product management, or technical lead roles Minimum 5 years leadership experience Degree qualified in IT, Business, or related field Genesys certification is desirable ITIL Certification is desirable Experience working in Webex environments is an added advantage Proven experience working within a large organisation with geographically dispersed sites Experience working in a troubleshooting environment focusing on time-critical and customer-impacting challenges Why Flight Centre?
