As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated and skilled Administration Manager with strong financial acumen to join our team. This role will be crucial in supporting both administrative functions and the Operations Manager to ensure smooth business operations and accurate financial reporting.
Position Overview As the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of administrative tasks and supporting the Operations Manager. You will be a central point of contact for any works and invoicing queries and play a key role in month-end reporting.
Key Responsibilities Handle daily, weekly, monthly, and recurring administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.Oversee the completion and accuracy of employee timesheets, ensuring timely submission and compliance.Collaborate with Supervisors for effective planning, resourcing, delivery, and reporting of key field activities.Manage and track client, sub-contractor, and supplier invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.Generate daily reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing key operational and financial insights.Support the preparation and input of data for internal and external month-end reporting requirements.Key Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.Strong financial skills, with experience in managing budgets, invoicing, and month-end reporting.Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and system savvy.Prior experience in the Utility sector or working with field staff is an advantage but not essential.Experience with Power BI – highly regarded.Why Join Us?
