Handling team conflicts
Streamlining operations
Hiring and onboarding new employees
Ensuring and measuring guest satisfaction

Job Description
Coordinating front of house such as supervisors and the kitchen staff.
Control operation costs.
Report weekly, monthly, and annual financial.
General administration of the restaurant.
Deal with general troubles.
Greet customers.
Creating positive relationship with customers
Dealing with inquiries and complaints.
Recruit and provide training for staff.
Manage workflow and productivity of the restaurant.
Working with chefs/cook to plan and create menu.
Keep track on inventory and ordering supplies.
Monitor quality of food.
Ensure that the restaurant complies with licence, health, and safety regulations.
Maintain policies and protocols in the restaurant.
Maintain cleanliness and maintain restaurant image.
Recommend ways to reach a broader range of customers (e.g., discounts and social
media ads).
Skills and Experience
Relevant qualification with one year of full-time work experience
or
Three years of full-time work experience
Thai Cuisine Cook
We are looking for a Full Time Cook specialise in Thai cuisine to join our team, working in a
fast-paced brand new Thai Eatery situated in The Quarter, Casuarina Square.
Job Responsibility
Ensure that food produced from the restaurant is a great and serve in a proper time frame.
Planning menus with other chef/cook by looking at available ingredients and keep within
the restaurant budget.
Working with kitchen staff and assist when needed.
Assisting in training kitchen staff to prepare and cook menus on the items.
Checking kitchen stock, ingredients, and order to restock as required.
Maintain equipment ensure that they are in a clean state and working order.
Keep up to date with restaurant industry.
Making improvements and listen to feedbacks from customers and front of house.
Job Description
Prepare Thai starters, main courses and desserts.
Operate kitchen and provide consistent food presentation, check quality of food,
maintaining hygiene standards for both personal and work environment.
Assist kitchen staff in menu planning, supervise and assist in different stations.
Ordering stock and supplies for the kitchen.
Follow communication protocols within the back house and across the restaurant
Complete tasks appropriate to experience and follow operating procedures and suggest
areas for improvement.

Summary of role requirements: Flexible hours available 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role Working rights required for this role Expected salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
