From the classics to the innovative, we've got it all.About the Role –As an Ethnic Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting authentic and high-quality ethnic dishes, ensuring that each meal is served promptly and reflects the rich culinary traditions it represents.
Working closely with the kitchen team, you will also be responsible for planning menus, overseeing kitchen operations, and maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.

You will work closely with the restaurant manager to train and mentor staff, ensuring that food and service standards are upheld.
