Ethics And Compliance Analyst

We're looking for a meticulous Ethics and Compliance Analyst to join a dynamic team, supporting global compliance initiatives. This part-time role is ideal for someone seeking flexible hours while contributing to meaningful work in assessing corporate risks.About the Role:As part of the Ethics and Compliance team, you will conduct due diligence on potential suppliers, customers, and partners. This role involves assessing regulatory and reputational risks, including anti-bribery and corruption, legal sanctions, bankruptcy, and adverse media. It's a great fit for someone who can take the initiative, think critically, and manage administrative tasks with attention to detail.This is a 0.5 FTE role (approximately 3-4 hours per day, 5 days a week), making it perfect for someone who prefers school hours or a similar arrangement.Key Responsibilities:Conduct risk assessments and evaluations of third parties before entering contractual relationships.Utilize due diligence systems, tools, and public sources to gather intelligence and identify risks.Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather additional information, clarify issues, and escalate adverse findings.Maintain confidentiality and a high level of personal ethics.About You:We're open to candidates with diverse backgrounds, such as accounting, finance, contracts and procurement, or strong administrative experience with knowledge of corporate structures and risk management.Key Attributes:Strong attention to detail and high ethical standards.Ability to think critically and maintain confidentiality.Flexibility to work 3-4 hours daily, 5 days a week.Additional Information:Start Date: 1st February 2025Contract Duration: Until the end of 2025Work Arrangement: Flexible, with daily activity required (cannot be condensed into 2-3 full days).Location: Remote-friendly with potential flexibility.Rate: Hourly rate, dependent on experience.
