Description Coordinate and assist with internal and external audit activities, providing necessary documentation to auditors. Collaborate with other parts of finance teams. Support with timely responses to audit queries, including escalating any issues or discrepancies to management; Coordinate with auditors to facilitate smooth audit procedures and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Oversee and manage the financial wind-down or closure of the business, ensuring that all financial obligations and liabilities are properly addressed. Prepare final financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow, in accordance with applicable accounting standards (ie. IFRS, AASB). Coordinate with legal, tax, and other stakeholders to ensure that all regulatory and contractual requirements are met during the wind-down process; Create or update account reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts where necessary. Track and resolve outstanding debts, including accounts receivable and payable, during the wind-down period.
