The Role:
An Implementation Specialist at eStore Logistics is passionate about customer success and has a track record of delivering high-quality implementation projects. They are a well-rounded individual that possesses strong time and project management skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with diverse stakeholders. They are goal oriented and dive deeper to understand a customer and their expectations.
The successful candidate will have many opportunities to work alongside key stakeholders within the business and learn new skills, will be exposed to every area of the business, and in the future have the opportunity to further progress into a senior role.
What will you do (but not limited to)?
The objective of an Implementation Specialist at eStore Logistics is to successfully onboard new customers. You will be instrumental in ensuring that new customers are provided with all the tools to succeed with eStore and allow them to grow their eCommerce businesses to the next level.
This role will see the individual working hands on with new customers. This means walking them through our systems and processes, coordinating stock migrations, configuring the warehouse management system, guiding and monitoring go-live activities, while solving the customer's pain points and working with them to achieve best practice.
Work with the Sales team to understand the customer needs and expectations Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure the smooth onboarding of new customers Perform initial system setups for the customer Influence and consult with customers to help them achieve best practice, whilst also producing feedback and working with internal teams to improve eStore Logistics' products Manage the implementation process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with the customer Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the implementation process Conduct training sessions for customers on how to use our systems and processes Create and maintain detailed implementation plans, project timelines, and documentation Collaborate with our Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition from implementation to ongoing support What skills/Qualifications will you have? Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain or a related field. Equivalent experience in industry definitely considered Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in supply chain, fulfilment, IT / SaaS, project management, operations management or customer success Excellent organisational and project management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders Working knowledge of IT systems and software, including the basic setup of IT systems Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and logistics operations is a plus Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines whilst managing multiple concurrent onboardings Must have reliable transport in Melbourne due to warehouse and head office location in Truganina. Some travel to our Sydney sites necessary however not often.
