As an Insurance Building Estimator/Supervisor, you will:
Report directly to the Construction Manager.Estimate, schedule, and supervise trades and repairs.Use our state-of-the-art technology to meet and exceed KPIs.Deliver outstanding customer service, utilising your communication skills to build relationships and resolve issues.Receive a competitive salary package, including a vehicle, fuel card, tablet, phone, uniform, and industry-specific equipment.Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Trade qualification (carpentry preferred).Experience in estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs, ideally within the insurance industry.Familiarity with the National Construction Code, Building Regulations, and WHS requirements.Strong communication and computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach with excellent time management skills.Commitment to safety and high standards of quality in repair work.Knowledge of insurance repair processes, particularly Water Claim Management, is a bonus but not essential.What We Offer: A supportive and inclusive workplace culture.Competitive salary based on experience.Access to our Employee Assistance Program.A Referral Program awarding $2000 for successful candidate referrals.Smooth onboarding, plus ongoing development and learning opportunities.Modern office facilities, weekly team morning tea, and monthly BBQs to build morale.Ambrose Construct Group is an equal-opportunity employer, celebrating diversity and inclusivity.
