Responsibilities: Attend bid meetings and develop and execute bid strategies Prepare thorough and timely cost analysis Analysing project proposals and historical cost data Ability to work and implement estimating programs Understanding of construction contracts, design and the resultant cost implications; Qualifications & Experience: Relevant Tertiary qualifications: Bachelor of Civil Engineering/Project -Management/Quantity Surveying (Highly desirable) Experience across DTMR, Pipeline, Local Council, Defence, Wind farms, water preferred.
