The Harvey Norman Commercial Team are currently seeking a motivated Full Time Sales Estimator/Admin Assistant to join our team based in Townsville Qld.

Your Responsibilities: Download tender documents and schedulesAscertain items the company is able to supplySend suppliers a copy of the scheduleFollow up with suppliers for goods, obtain their quoteEnter all items into CRM quote special pricing, sales rep to provide margins they want for each item or supplier.Once quote is completed estimator supplies a copy to the sales rep and to the customerActively maintain a strong product knowledge of goods being suppliedMaintain professional contact with internal and external stakeholdersFollow security proceduresThe Requirements: Previous experience in a similar capacity or strong retail sales experienceCRM experience desired but not necessaryIntermediate computer skillsAbility to work unsupervised and a team playerExcellent communication and customer service skillsThe ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workloadOn Offer Opportunity to contribute and become part of a growing success in the industryExcellent remunerationIf you are keen, motivated and willing to contribute to a successful team, then we look forward to hearing from you!
