Job DescriptionBuilder & Project(s)A long standing and well recognised Tier 3 builder delivering Government, Community and Commercial projects.Over 20 years of excellence across Victoria with an innovative and driven team.Project sizes range from $500k to $15mil.
The Role:Preparing bill of quantities, gathering quotations and scope of works.Detailed take-offs.Read and interpret Architectural & Engineering Drawings.Assist with tendering on multiple projects concurrently.Initially working within a team environment as well as autonomously.Gather and manage the tender documentation.Knowledge of industry standards and prices.Must Have:Construction related degree.Knowledge and understanding of industry standards and prices.3+ Years as an Estimator on these types of jobs locally.If this sounds like you and you would like more information, please 'APPLY NOW' or give Ryan Wakelin a call on - afterhours and weekend calls are fine.
