Estimator / Project Administrator

Flooring Estimation:
? Accurate Project Assessment: Visit project sites to accurately measure and assess flooring
requirements for various projects.
? Detailed Estimates: Prepare comprehensive and accurate estimates, including material,
labor, and installation costs.
? Client Communication: Liaise with clients, providing clear explanations of estimates and
addressing any inquiries.
? Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to obtain competitive material pricing
and ensure timely delivery.
? Project Management Support: Assist the project management team with project planning
and scheduling.
Admin Officer:
? Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries, processing
orders, and resolving issues promptly.
? Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized project and client records.
? Invoicing and Payments: Prepare and process invoices, track payments, and manage
accounts receivable.
? Office Support: Assist with general office administration, including answering phones, filing,
and maintaining office supplies.
