Estimator / Permitting - E&I - Projects - 260161As the Estimator and Permitting Coordinator – E&I in our site-based Projects Team, you will provide estimating and permitting for the Modifications Project Management Systems program. This position is required to fully understand the program and to provide estimating and development of permits to ensure all project scopes of work are implemented safely and to a quality standard.
Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesAble to interpret and understand scope of work and associated drawingsPlan and develop a detailed estimate and obtain all relevant documentation to support the estimateCommunicate to key stakeholders while developing detailed estimatesPresent completed estimates to stakeholdersAble to structure estimates to suit all permit requirementsDevelop SAP work orders, risk assessments, permits and Isolation certificatesProvide estimate and execution plan to Project Planner to build Primavera P6Ensure Lessons Learned are documented through Estimating and Reporting processRaise trends to support project executionTimely recognition of potential schedule and cost deviationsProvide support as Supervision if requiredAbout YouYou will collaborate with the UGL and Client teams, draw on yours and their diverse skills and create an environment where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another.
