Estimator / Permitting - E&I - Projects - 260161 As the Estimator and Permitting Coordinator – E&I in our site-based Projects Team, you will provide estimating and permitting for the Modifications Project Management Systems program. This position is required to fully understand the program and to provide estimating and development of permits to ensure all project scopes of work are implemented safely and to a quality standard.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Able to interpret and understand scope of work and associated drawings Plan and develop a detailed estimate and obtain all relevant documentation to support the estimate Communicate to key stakeholders while developing detailed estimates Present completed estimates to stakeholders Able to structure estimates to suit all permit requirements Develop SAP work orders, risk assessments, permits and Isolation certificates Provide estimate and execution plan to Project Planner to build Primavera P6 Ensure Lessons Learned are documented through Estimating and Reporting process Raise trends to support project execution Timely recognition of potential schedule and cost deviations Provide support as Supervision if required About You You will collaborate with the UGL and Client teams, draw on yours and their diverse skills and create an environment where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another.
