About the roleAn experienced and professional residential Senior Estimator is required to join an established team with a strong background in double story builds.
You will have an understanding and experience working within the mid-high end boutique building environment a plus and be driven by excellence.
Skills & ExperiencePreparing detailed cost estimates for construction projectsAnalysing plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimatesAssessing cost effectiveness of products, projects, or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project developsConsulting with trades, suppliers, and personnel in other departments, or project manager & director to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issuesEvaluate and compare suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive and accurate pricingUpdate and monitor internal price bookAbility to estimate multiple projects at a timeExcellent communication skills - both written and verbalProficiency with estimating software and MS Office SuiteMinimum 8+ years industry experience within the Perth marketBenefitsYou will be supported through your career with potential progression and job security.
