Job description We're currently on the search for an Estimator on a contract basis until Christmas working with a National Builder - The role has a strong potential to roll in to something permanent (if desired) Builder & Project(s) A long standing and well recognised builder delivering a broad range of projects across Government, Residential, Health and Commercial projects 20 years of excellence across Australia Innovative and driven team(s) Project sizes range from $1mil to $150mil The? Role: Preparing bill of quantities, gathering quotations and scope of works Detailed take-offs Read and interpret Architectural & Engineering Drawings Assist with tendering on multiple projects concurrently Initially working within a team environment as well as WFM autonomously (during COVID19) Gather and manage the tender documentation Knowledge of industry standards and prices Must Have ?
