The key focus of this role is to accurately determine and calculate estimates of new quote requests. More specifically, you will:Estimating on a range of homes including single storey, split-level and double-storey designsGeneration of site costs including cut/fill operations and dropped edge beam and/or dropped garage calculationsCompletion of sales tenders on registered and unregistered land utilising site inspection photos and reports, satellite photos and street view by near mapReading and interpreting construction plans checking of compliance and construction methodologyCreation of pre-contract variation pricing and preparation of scope of worksAppraisal of external reports to assist you in costing each projectLiaise with various internal stakeholdersAssist with other areas including but not limited to contract variationsAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values.
