About The Role - Capable of managing the tender process from start to finish - Be responsible for take offs and negotiating with subcontractors - Receive support from directors of the business - Develop relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Your Background 5+ years industry experience, ideally in the commercial space Understand current rates in the commercial environment Ability to communicate with sub-contractors and suppliers Eye for detail with take-offs etc You will receive - Exposure to a variety of projects to build your experience - Ability to run your own tenders how you want to - Salary up to $200k + Super - Work with a business with a strong company culture
