About The Role- Capable of managing the tender process from start to finish- Be responsible for take offs and negotiating with subcontractors- Receive support from directors of the business- Develop relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Your Background5+ years industry experience, ideally in the commercial spaceUnderstand current rates in the commercial environmentAbility to communicate with sub-contractors and suppliersEye for detail with take-offs etcYou will receive- Exposure to a variety of projects to build your experience- Ability to run your own tenders how you want to- Salary up to $200k + Super- Work with a business with a strong company culture
