Estimator – Insurance Building

Leading Insurance Building Company Field Based Role – Metro Melbourne Package Negotiable Based on Experience, plus Company Vehicle Join a successful, well-established Insurance Building company that performs repair building work on homes on behalf of many of Australia's largest insurance companies. The group has a proud history in excess of 35 years and it now offers an opportunity for an Insurance Building Estimator to join the team, working on the road in metro Melbourne.

Responsibilities: Assess jobs to ascertain the cause of damage and scope of work. Write assessment reports and provide accurate costing information. Liaise with Supervisors and Trades regularly to ensure smooth-running of all jobs. Communicate with insurance companies and insured parties. Manage time effectively to complete necessary documents. Qualifications: Prior experience in an Estimator's role in the insurance/maintenance/repairs industry. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Proven experience in delivering jobs on time and to excellent quality. Computer literate and possess a current and valid vehicle licence. Looking for a long-term opportunity in a stable business.
