Estimator - Insurance Building

This boutique insurance builder has an opportunity for a talented Insurance Estimator to join their Melbourne division. We are ideally looking for a reliable and personable individual who can help maintain relationships with stakeholders, and reliably manage varied projects across insurance BAU to Major Loss. Varied sized projects across domestic and commercial insurance space. Small, supportive and sociable team - a team to enjoy working alongside. Flexibility to WFH and on the road (assessed on a case by case basis). They are not a high volume builder - the focus is on quality workmanship. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday. The salary is $100,000 - $115,000 + superannuation + fully maintained company vehicle (dependant on experience). ABOUT YOU Prior experience Estimating for insurance repair building projects across both BAU and Major Loss. Cert III Trade Certificate / Cert IV Building & Construction or similar qualification preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills & ability to prioritise and multitask. A reliable and honest individual who cares about quality workmanship and consistency.
