As the Estimator you will play a crucial role in supporting theirprojectmanagement and commercial team. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning and monitoring of variousprojects. Estimator/Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities: Diary management & administrative support for Project ManagerProject Coordination – Organise, manage and file documents in conjunction with project and corporate naming and numbering procedure for commercial team.Track project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met. E.g. drawings / specifications from customers to assist commercial department.Assisting with producing project-related documentation and work packs ready for site teams. Including producing health & safety Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMs) Training AvailableProactive management of incoming emails, often corresponding on behalf of the managers as required.Helping with stores and equipment inventory management.Customer service tasks – tracking and updating sales and order progressLiaise with shopfloor Ie sending out packages/materialsAssist the commercial team with preparing samples and chasing approvalsEstimator/Quantity Surveyor Experience Required Previous experience working as an Estimator within the construction/manufacturing industryComputer literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Office 365 suiteAmbitious, professional, honest, and hard-workingStrength of character, self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure both independently and as a teamWe are committed to diversity and inclusion.
