About Our ClientOur client is a national builder who delivers projects (including new build, refurb, and fit out) up to $15m in value. Their QLD office has gone from strength to strength in recent years and currently has approximately 30 team members. Due to their ambitious growth plans, they are looking for an Estimator or Senior Estimator who can play a leading role within their pre-construction team.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities will include:Taking the lead on tender submissionsAttending tender interviewsProducing Bills of QuantitiesMentoring the more junior members of the pre-construction teamThe Successful ApplicantSelection criteria will include:Proven track record within the commercial building sectorStrong relationship-building skills with clients and sub-contractorsGood understanding of the current sub-contractor market in SEQWhat's on OfferOn offer:A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $150-200kA leadership role within the pre-contracts teamA stable position within a financially strong business
