I am seeking a passionate and experienced Estimator for my commercial construction client to deliver fitout Newbuild projects up to $30M.

Looking for construction estimators with 3-5+ years of experience across Newbuild and Fitout projects.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesPreparing detailed BOQ's and variations using CostXSummarising scope of works and tendersWorking with the delivery team to prepare proposalsPreparing initial estimating assessments of tenders for tender shortlist reviewLiaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal procurement team to negotiate pricing Skills Required3-5 years' + experience as an Estimator within the construction industry, ideally in Fitout & Refurbishment and/or newbuild constructionDegree qualified in Construction Management or Quantity SurveyingExperience estimating on Retail, Education, Commercial, Government projects up to $15m+Advanced in CostX or Cubit & EstimateOne desired, or alikeStrong communicator, financial acumen, and attention to detail BenefitsDiversity & great company cultureT2 managementAward winningFantastic working environment and healthy company cultureOffice easily accessible via public transport How to Apply: If you would like to learn more about this role, please submit your CV (including projects) to ****** or call 0435413925.
