Immediate requirement for an experienced commercial fit-out estimator to work with a dynamic, vibrant, and reputable fit-out contractor.

Our client is a specialised D&C Commercial Fit Out that operates in Victoria and New South Wales on projects ranging from $400k to $5 million.

Due to business growth and future pipeline projects, they are now looking to recruit an Estimator for their NSW team. You will be working with a senior management team with over 60 years of industry experience, who pride themselves on a strong company culture, commitment to work-life balance, and delivering high-quality projects through both D&C and Construct only.

Key responsibilities for this role:Prepare detailed cost estimatesAnalyse project drawings and specificationsWork with the project teamConduct site visits to gather relevant informationAssist in all bid documentsMaintain relationships with clients and subcontractors This role is based in the CBD.
