About the role Reporting to the Senior Estimating Manager, you will join a high performing team who are integral to our success in winning landmark projects. You will support the tender process by ensuring submissions are accurately priced, transparent and consistent with MPA's values. You will review designs and plans at various stages of development, engage with subcontractors and other stakeholders, to ensure projects are delivered with time, quality and cost outcomes meeting client requirements.
About you You will have 3-5 years of experience estimating projects in the fitout or refurbishment sector, ideally working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline, you will have a passion for commercial estimating and be keen to progress and specialise in your career.Alternatively, your experience could have been gained working with a private Quantity Surveying company.In this stakeholder-facing role, you will have the ability to develop relationships at all levels, coordinate sub-contractors and drive commercial outcomes.What we offer We understand that work and life are intrinsically linked.
