Job Description Hybrid Working on Offer Price projects within a number of different sectors. Bonus Schemes available.
Our client, one of Australia's most experienced retail builders, is seeking an experienced estimator who has worked on new build Retail, Commercial, Residential, or Industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the estimation process for diverse construction projects. Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions. Interpret project documents and collaborate with teams to optimize outcomes. Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Manage and provide accurately scoped, quantified and priced project tenders and cost plans. Qualifications: Proven experience in an estimating role within a Tier 2 Principal contractor. Strong understanding of construction processes and materials. Proficient in estimation software like CostX and Buildsoft. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
