The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join our team at Woollards Auto Body Works, Shepparton. Due to internal growth, we are seeking an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to complete our team.
Permanent position, Monday to Friday.
Role ResponsibilitiesProviding excellent customer service to clients and work providers.Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site and online.Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness as required.Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner.Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.Hand over completed repairs to customers.Minimum RequirementsPrevious collision repair industry experience (Essential)Strong commitment to working safely.Good attitude, with excellent communication skills.High attention to detail.Reliable, hard working and a team player.BenefitsReward & recognitionCareer development and trainingReferral bonus for recommending a friend to work with usDiscounts on parts and toolsUniforms24/7 professional counselling for Team members and their immediate familiesWe champion our Team, because it's our people that set us apart and drive our business' success.
