You will also be responsible for:
Prepare and develop accurate cost estimatesCompile accurate material quantity take-offs to develop bills of quantitiesAssist preparing and developing construction methodologies, programs and submission documentationDevelop estimates from first principles using site productivity ratesPrepare risk and opportunity including cost escalation analysis for estimatesReview designs and engineering specifications for cost effectiveness and suggest alternatives where applicableHand over detailed tenders with traceability and support into pre-contracts and deliveryABOUT YOU Your ability to be flexible and can-do attitude will ensure that you succeed in this role.
