Estimator

Perkins Builders is now seeking an experienced  Estimator to join our team in the Balcatta Office and Perth Operations. The ideal candidate must have commercial construction experience, being responsible for preparing detailed estimates and tenders on high profile and diverse projects throughout Western Australia.  Please only apply if you have experience working in the Commercial Construction Industry. Work autonomously and as part of a team to complete the entire tender process Create bills of quantities for the production of tenders, budgets and estimates Prepare subcontract tender package analysis Establish contract budgets Develop and grow relationships with our subcontractor base Perkins is a vibrant business with unique opportunities for bright and enthusiastic individuals who wish to succeed in their career.
