Job Description: Our client is an award-winning builder renowned in the market for delivering high-quality custom homes, with builds ranging up to $1.5M across single and double storey builds they also produce unit and apartment developments. With a focus on detail and a collaborative approach with their clients, they have built a reputation for exceptional service. They are now seeking an experienced Estimator to join their close-knit team. We are also considering Scheduler candidates that have demonstrated a minimum of 2+ years' experience on similar builds looking to progress into estimating. Previous double storey estimating experience is preferred, also open to someone from a scheduling background, minimum of two years on double storey/custom builds. A sound knowledge of construction detailing. Experience on BEAMS is preferred but not essential. Ability to work well in a team as well as individually.
