They have monthly team awards, a strong safety focus, Wednesday lunch on the boss, and a BBQ breakfast on Fridays as well as free uniforms and transparent leadership that shares a daily scoreboard of sales, revenue, and other key indicators of the business's success.About your new roleThis is a permanent Estimator role that will report directly to the National Sales Manager and it will be an opportunity to work with an experienced, customer-focused team.Key responsibilities include:Estimating for Design & Construction for Civil & Hydraulic custom projects.Estimating/BOQ's for standard drainage and sewer products.Quote/Tender preparation and submission.Your skillsExperience gained in an estimating role within the Civil Construction Industry.Experience in the preparation of bill of quantities.Able to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.Solution orientated – you see problems as opportunities - with a can-do attitude to work with the customer to help them with their challenges.Service-focused you connect well with people from all levels of a business, establishing great working relationships comes naturally to you.Well-developed communication skills – both written and verbal.Tertiary qualifications in engineering or quantity surveying are desirable but not essential.What next?If you see yourself in this role, please apply or call Rachel Patton on 02 9689 8910 for more information.
