Estimator

Estimators required to join established builders across various locations around Sydney metro.
The Company For over 30 years, this builder has built a strong reputation for delivering aged care, schools, healthcare, and commercial projects.
Firmly establishing itself as a market leader, and in line with continued growth, they are now seeking another Estimator.
Areas of specialization include commercial, government, education, aged care, and industrial projects up to $60 M.
The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established builder that continues to grow with a team of x3 Estimators.
Your responsibilities will align with your previous experience in the following key areas: Initial assessment of incoming tender documents and estimating on selected projects with varying values.
Pricing projects using first estimating principles.
Obtaining quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
Preparation of Bill of Quantities/cost plan for internal review.
Building strong relationships with trades and suppliers.
Stakeholder liaison and engagement with clients during tender stages.
Leading and mentoring a small team of estimators.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and qualifications: 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience with Buildsoft, Cubit, and Procore.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
