About The Role
- Capable of managing the tender process from start to finish
- Be responsible for take offs and negotiating with subcontractors
- Receive support from directors of the business
- Develop relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Your Background

3+ years industry experience as an estimator, ideally in the commercial or civil spaces
Understand current rates in the commercial and/or civil environment
Ability to communicate with sub-contractors and suppliers
Eye for detail with take-offs etc

You Will Receive
- Exposure to a variety of projects to build your experience
- Joining a national stable commercial and infrastructure builder
- Salary up to $150,000 Package

The majority of their work in Victoria ranges from $500k - $15 million.
