Reporting to the Commercial & Strategic Partnerships Manager, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements. You'll drive the success of high-end projects by adhering to tendering timelines and uncovering hidden works within tender documents, ensuring crucial milestones are hit every week!You'll immerse yourself in each project, meticulously sourcing top-tier subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee exceptional compliance and capability.Your collaboration with the construction team from the outset will ensure each project is delivered on budget without compromising quality - every time!What you will bring to the role:We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with at least 2 years' experience as an Estimator, ideally in fit-out for hospitality and retail projects. You will have experience managing projects ranging from $200,000 to $2M+ and be familiar with tools like CostX or Bluebeam. You are driven, motivated, open to learning and committed to being an integral and important part of the team.
