About The Role- Capable of managing the tender process from start to finish- Be responsible for take offs and negotiating with subcontractors- Receive support from directors of the business- Develop relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Your Background3+ years industry experience as an estimator, ideally in the commercial or civil spacesUnderstand current rates in the commercial and/or civil environmentAbility to communicate with sub-contractors and suppliersEye for detail with take-offs etcYou Will Receive- Exposure to a variety of projects to build your experience- Joining a national stable commercial and infrastructure builder- Salary up to $150,000 Package- Work with a business with a strong company culture
