About The Role In this newly created position, you will be the lead Estimator for projects based in Melbourne. With ongoing support from the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for managing the tender process from start to finish, putting together cost plans and scopes, take-offs and subcontractor negotiation.
Current commercial project portfolio is from $1M - $5M, with scope to quote up to $10M.Variety of commercial projects from factories, retail, offices, schools etc.Design & Construct projects that are a mixture of refurbishments, upgrades and new builds.Using CostX software.Why You Want To Work Here Fantastic company culture where management & the wider team is supportive, open and genuine.
