Due to growth, they are now looking for their next Estimator to join the dynamic team.

Tthe Must Haves

5+ Years of estimating experience within a similar role in commercial constructionSkillset in tendering, contracts management, cost/value reporting, measurement, BOQ's, scope of worksKnowledge of Melbourne construction market, subcontractors, and local suppliers;A high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills;Software experience with, Cubit, Cost-X, or Other;Certificate IV in Building and Construction or Tertiary Degree in Construction Management Or Project Management (Ideal);
