Award winning Tier 2 builder looking for a Senior Estimator - pay up to $250k total package
The Client
My client is a Top Tier 2 Builder operating across nationally across Australia.
They deliver projects primarily in the industrial/ manufacturing space. Average project values range from $10M-$150mil.
My client promotes work / life balance and has won numerous awards on being a top employer/ place to work. They are in a massive growth phase and have had strong new senior leadership come on board.
Duties & responsibilities:
This position is suited to an Intermediate/ Senior level Estimator, whom would be used to working autonomously to get to an outcome. He / She is going to part of a vital team to work on the tenders and pricing work, but also able to develop key relationships as the business moves forwarded. This team has some of the most influential Estimating leaders in Australia.
This position would suit either an Intermediate or Senior Estimator that has strong D&C skills and is happy to be hands on.
Measure and create cost plans. Be part of Developing key relationships with Clients and QS to identify future work opportunities and build pipeline. Assess Prelim estimate and forecasts against construction programme. Manage the Request for Tenders process in the market and gain suitable trade coverage for each tender. Possess a good understanding of the Subcontractor trade market and identify suitable subcontractor base for each tender / project. Provide statistical and analytic breakdown for each tender of trade coverage / risk and opportunities and VM. Manage and pull together tender submissions and returnable schedules in stipulated time frames. Benefits Multi award-winning Master Builder. Strong team culture. 5pm finishes. On site gym.
