You will work closely with the Sales and Client Liaison teams, along with other departments, to deliver excellent service to clients and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Project Analysis and Materials: Analyse blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements. Quantify materials, labour, and equipment needs, preparing accurate cost estimates using estimating software.Supplier and Subcontractor Coordination: Source competitive pricing for materials and subcontractors while ensuring quality and budget alignment. Maintain strong working relationships for efficient project delivery.Project Management and Support: Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to gather project details, assess risks, and provide recommendations for procurement and contract terms.Budget Tracking and Cost Optimisation: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety and environmental regulations, including hazardous material handling and waste disposal.ABOUT YOUYou are an experienced Estimator, known for your attention to detail and your ability to thrive as part of a team. With a strong track record in the construction sector or a related industry, you excel in analysing project requirements and delivering precise, high-quality outcomes.To succeed in this role, you will need:A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience as an Estimator in construction, manufacturing, or a similar industry.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.Experience with estimating software and tools, such as Excel.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise and negotiate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.Knowledge of Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations.JOIN THE TEAMAre you ready to leverage your skills to make a direct impact on a growing company's success?
